What are my care options?
Therapy
Virtual care can have its unique challenges. Be open and honest with your provider about how you're feeling so that you can work through these new challenges together.
Psychiatry
See a psychiatrist in-person or virtually to help with your medication. If you see a psychiatrist, you may also need to see a therapist to talk through your experience. Please note: some medications are unable to be prescribed virtually.

No matter what kind of care you want, Quartet will help you find the right provider. If it's not a good fit, let us know and we'll find you another.

Quartet does not provide direct mental health care. We are a free service that works to find you care based on your needs and insurance plan.
How will Quartet match me with a provider?
We match you with a licensed mental health provider or program that's right for you based on your location, insurance, and health needs.
Regence BlueShield serves select counties in the state of Washington and is an Independent Licensee of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association. Quartet is a separate and independent company that provides mental health services for Regence BlueShield members.
